Winter Shiver

Winter Shiver is a cosy unisex pullover that you will love to wear in cold weather.

Some waist decreases will give a feminine silhouette but you can also make this sweater for a man, by knitting the body straight.

This pattern is available for the sizes (XXS, XS, S, M1, M2) (L, XL1, XL2, XXL, 3XL).

GAUGE

17 sts and 26 rows=10 cm/4’’in stockinette stitch washed and blocked with larger needles.

20 sts and 34 rows = 10 cm / 4” in moss stitch washed and blocked with smaller needles.

YARN

Worsted yarn : shown in De Rerum Natura Gilliatt, Goeland for Color 1 and Fusain for Color 2.

Color 1 (for the body): (492, 518, 556, 586,  629) (675, 697, 729, 776, 803) yards / (450, 474,508,536, 575) (617, 637, 667, 710, 734) meters.

Color 2 (body hem, hood cowl and sleeves):(678, 713, 764, 807, 865) (927, 958, 1004, 1068, 1107)yards / (620, 652, 699, 738, 791) (848, 876, 918, 977, 1012) meters.

 You will use about (170,178,191,202,217)(232, 240, 252, 267, 277) yards / (155, 163, 175, 185, 198)(212,219,230,244,253) meters LESS if you decide not to do the hood.

 NEEDLEDS AND OTHERS

4.5mm / US7 circular needles for stockinette stitch

3.5mm / US4 circular needles for moss stitch.

 You should use the bigger needle to bind off loosely.

Please adjust the needles if needed to obtain gauge! Please note that a different gauge will affect the yardage needed.
